Abstract

In China, house prices have always been a hot topic. This paper will discuss the questions that whether or not are there housing bubbles in China’s major cities from the perspective of comparing the fundamental value and market price of housing in these cities. The result shows that in major cities in Beijing, housing bubble does not exist.
