China is connected with the landscape of Central Asia, has a good geographical advantage. China and Central Asia in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is to develop a good political relation, economic relations, which for further development of oil and gas cooperation laid the foundation. To protect the diversified energy import channels to ensure the safety of energy supply, stability is related to China's energy security and national development of the great cause of the important initiatives.
