Abstract

Under the supply-side structural reform, custonized tourism has developed rapidly to meet personalized needs, but it faces pain points such as high costs, low efficiency, and the contradiction between personalization and scale. Al algorithns have become akey productive force for industry transformation. This paper explores the mechanism, effect, and differentiated path of Al algorithms empowering the personaized development of customized touram Using a multi-case study method, this paper takes Ctrip, acomprehensive service provider, and Mafengwo, a placform company, as cases, and conducts triangulation verification and cross-casecomparative analysis using multi-source data. The findings revsal that Al algorithms reconstruct the supply process through data processing, preference recognition, and resource matching capabilties; differentiated bunsiness models determine the empowerment path, with Ctrip achieving cost reduction through scale and Matengwo activating niche markets;: Al resoives the contradiction between "personalzation and scale, " driving the industry towards mass-market accessibilty. Furthermore, a theoretical model of technology empowering tourism supply-side reform is corstructed, providing practical guidance for Al applications in dfferent types of customized toursm enterprises and enriching the theoretical system related to tourism Al and supply-side reform.
