Abstract

Chinese overseas students improve their soft-skill employability to increase their competitive edges. This research is especially focusing on exploring whether the soft skills of Chinese students who graduated from UK universities at the master’s level on the supply side meet the soft-skill requirements of Chinese employers in the corresponding industry on the demand side in the China labour market or not. Therefore, this study firstly found out the requirements and comments of Chinese employers and then discovered the soft-skill supply of Chinese overseas students at the master’s level in the UK university. Therefore, the demand and supply in the Chinese labour market can be compared.
