- Abstract
The ability of a company to survive and exceed in a dynamic environment based on approach to organizational decision making. Considers a company`s ability to make a profit without sacrificing the resources of its employees, community, environment. The purpose of this research was the of social work environment on employee productivity. Methods used the explanatory survey. The subject in this study was 113 employees. The survey was complicated by questionare and analysis techniques data using with SPSS. The results showed social work environment on employee porductivity. There for, the company wants to increase the productivity of employees, one way is correct or create a social work environment conducive.
