The contributions are expected to be the main reference articles on the topic of each proceeding. It will be strictly peer reviewed by experts in the fields. This proceedings provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and implementation experiences, establish business or research connections, and find Global Partners for future collaboration. The conference is expected to be held annually. In 2022, we take the theme of: “The Utilization Of Sustainable Digital Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management as a Strategic Approach in the New Normal Era.” GCBME ultimately aims to provide a forum for educators, researchers, scholars, managers, graduate students, and business people from diverse cultural backgrounds to present and discuss their researches, knowledge, and innovation within the fields of business, management, and entrepreneurship. I hope the readers can find the sustainability of the usefulness of this proceeding, in developing business analysis and implementation. It is expected that the papers presented at this proceeding, after being edited based on the result of the presentation and discussion. The papers presented are on various topics, including organizational behavior, leadership and human resources management, innovation, operations and supply chain management, marketing management, financial management and accounting, strategic management, entrepreneurship and contemporary issues, economics education, and green business.
