Abstract

Traditional student cadre management faces prominent issues such as data silos, subjective evaluation, homogenized training, and low person-post matching, making it difficult to adapt to the digital era and the demands of students’ personalized development. This study aims to introduce knowledge graphs, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, to construct an integrated and intelligent personalized management model for student cadres. This research provides a new theoretical perspective for the application of knowledge graphs in educational management and offers a forward-looking, operable solution for the digital transformation of student affairs in private universities.
