Abstract

Based on the increasingly severe recruitment situation of private vocational colleges in recent years, this article puts forward the suggestion to combine characteristic schooling starting from two aspects of regional economy and specialty features. This article sets its point from three aspects, strengthening the teaching staff construction, textbook construction, and training mode, aiming to improve the quality of private vocational colleges, establish its brand, and attract students.
