Abstract

Whether a student can learn English well or not is closely related to his or her own efforts as well as the learning and practical environment that he or she lives in. This article is to provide some references for the administrators of Teaching Affairs office in private colleges through briefly describing the learning and practical environment that affect the study of private college students.
