- Abstract
The foundation of colleges and universities is strengthening moral education and cultivating people. Library, as the one affecting all academic circles from ancient times to the present, is an important part of colleges and universities. In the context of the new era, it has practical significance and positive effects in firmly establishing education concept in university libraries, giving full play to the educational functions and advantages of university libraries, innovating working ideas and methods of university libraries in the educational field, and actively giving full play to the role of university libraries in "all-out, thorough, and all-round education" mechanism, and enriching and improving the theory and practice system of university moral education.
