Abstract

Only mastering simple post-related knowledge and basic skills is not enough to become a qualified “employee”. Therefore, in terms of professional quality, cooperation ability and sustainable development ability, it is necessary to strengthen the “multiple activities” for job training and enterprise interaction to support the professional quality training, and train qualified “employees” throughout the whole process.
