Abstract

Based on one-sample special CNC machine tool, the failure distribution function and failure rate function, whose failure data have been analyzed by experiment, are determined in this paper. The special CNC machine tool time of which are in early failure or haphazard failure can be judged in terms of the failure rate function of it, and that the reliability of special CNC machine tool is improved by eliminating failures.
