Abstract

In this paper, the communication network system had been studied based on the schemes of efficiency evaluation. The relative assessment system and evaluation system had been designed via fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in terms of the timeliness, stability and security. Furthermore, the efficiency evaluation of a typical communication network system was performed by using of this novel proposal for the capability assessment system. Meantime, the calculation results are advised to verify the feasibility and rationality of the system.
