Abstract

In order to accurately evaluate the digital project of power grid enterprises, and the characteristics of existing research, a new combined evaluation model organically combines hierarchical analysis, entropy, radar map and support vector machine. First combine the empowerment, then integrate the decision information, then form the expert decision model, and finally build the corresponding evaluation model. It verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model, shows that digital projects have played an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of power grid enterprises, and provides a certain reference value for the investment decision-making of power grid digital projects.
