Abstract
a good teacher - student relationship is the prerequisite and guarantee of improving the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. However, evidences indicated that the current relationship between teachers and students is in a distorted situation and must be reconstructed. We need to form a good relationship between teachers and students and ensure the teaching quality in colleges and universities.
