- Internal income distribution in university and college embody the market competition principle of "more pay for more work". Though this spirit inspire enthusiasm of university teacher, it makes the growing income gap between teachers more. The main reasons are the emphasis on salary, the evaluation guide for universities and the desire to quickly changing into a best university in the world. This paper suggests, colleges and universities in the reform of the income distribution should control income gap reasonably; reform of college teacher evaluation methods, using multiple mechanism of evaluation in order to accomplish the functions better; internal income distribution policy formulated in moderate to young people inclined, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity.
