- Abstract
Against the backdrop of the intensifying global climate crisis and the deepening of ESG governance, international carbon tariffs, the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), and the domestic ‘dual carbon’ strategy form multidimensional constraints, accelerating the green transformation process of corporate supply chains. The financial system plays a key role in the low-carbon transformation of corporate supply chains, as it guides the investment and financing support that enterprises need through market-driven means, meeting the huge investment demands required for low-carbon transformation. This study deeply analyzes the impact mechanism of green financial policies on the low-carbon transformation of supply chains, using methods such as game theory to explore the decision-making behaviors and interactive relationships of upstream and downstream enterprises under green financial policies, providing valuable insights for the optimization of green financial policies and corporate sustainability strategies.
