- Abstract
In the global strategic context of artificial intelligence and sustainable development, the deep integration of digital technology with university Party building has become a critical pathway to drive educational modernization and sustainable organizational governance. Based on empirical research conducted at multiple universities in Guangdong Province, this study identifies four core challenges: “systemic silos,” “data dormancy,” “organizational resistance,” and “talent shortage.” By introducing a collaborative evolution framework of “technology-organization-talent,” and integrating AI with sustainable development concepts, the research proposes a sustainable smart Party building approach through four dimensions: top-level design, data governance, organizational transformation, and competency enhancement. Technologically, it emphasizes adopting data middle-platform architectures, multi-source fusion algorithms, and lightweight intelligent models to enhance system integration and intelligence. This paper aims to provide theoretical and technical support for advancing university smart Party building from “physical coverage” to “effective empowerment” and “sustainable operation.”
