Abstract

Digitalization – the use of innovative digital technologies in all spheres of human activity – is indispensable condition for the country's competitiveness. In the same way, human capital is the main driver of economic growth in the country. The purpose of the research is to reveal factors of management of the human capital. In the process of research, the modern vision of human capital particularly special human capital was studied as a form of labor. The economic-mathematical model of the human capital is constructed. The solution of the received economic-mathematical model of the human capital is proposed.
