Website: http://www.icedbc.org The 2022 2nd International Conference on Economic Development and Business Culture (ICEDBC 2022) was successfully held on June 24-26, 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, and with the strict travelling rules in China, it is still difficult to take international travel for our attendees abroad. Therefore, ICEDBC 2022 was held both in physical (Dali, China) and online (Zoom). With the support of universities and the research of AEIC Academic Exchange Center, the 2nd International Conference on Economic Development and Business Culture (ICEDBC 2022) has been successfully held. Compared with previous conferences, it discussed more in-depth economic independent innovation, open cooperation and innovative business culture under the background of the new development stage, new situation and new journey era. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. There were over 300 experts and scholars in the area of economic development and business culture representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to attend this hybrid conference. During the conference, we were pleased to invite three distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Our first keynote speaker, Prof. Yushi Jiang, from School of economics and management, Southwest Jiaotong University, China. And then we had Prof. Roger White, Whittier College, Department of Economics, Chair of the Department of Economics. Roger's research largely focuses on topics relating to cross-societal cultural differences/distance, the immigrant-trade link, immigration policy/history, public opinion towards economic globalization, and the consequences of increased international trade for domestic labor. Our finale keynote speaker, Assoc. Prof. Tomoki FUJII, School of Economics, Singapore Management University, Japan. His research area: Development, Environment, Applied econometrics, Health, Statistics. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Topics include but are not limited to the following areas: Business and economics, Economic policy, Economic methodology, Economic policy and other related topics. We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported ICEDBC 2022. Each individual and institutional help were very important for the success of this conference. Especially we would like to thank the organizing committee for their valuable advices in the organization and helpful peer review of the papers. We sincerely hope that ICEDBC 2022 will be a forum for excellent discussions that will put forward new ideas and promote collaborative researches. We are sure that the proceedings will serve as an important research source of references and the knowledge, which will lead to not only scientific and engineering progress but also other new products and processes.
