Abstract

FFmpeg is RTSP server’s core technology. Since 2010, Android mobiles have the highest speed of development. Android mobiles have enough high-quality devices to help us build server-based applications to provide audio, images and videos for web users. In this paper, by using FFmpeg to encode and decode stream media and choosing ADT tool as development software, a high Q&S RTSP server is constructed to realize video monitoring system.
