Abstract

This paper studies the information ability of young civilian faculty members in military schools in the era of big data, and puts forward 26 information capabilities that should be possessed. The factor analysis is carried out by SPSS software, and five common factors and their weights are obtained. The basis for the design and evaluation of the faculty information capacity scale is provided.
