As a new management thought and practice, educational governance has its own important significance.As an important force in private education, Xijing University insists on the education of students' satisfaction. With such feelings, educational governance can really play its due role. It is the ultimate goal of a private university to educate every student. Therefore, studying the educational governance of private universities has important reference significance for future educational research.At the same time, it will have a corresponding impact on the modernization of the educational management system in the new era.
