Against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving global economy and a vigorously developing cultural industry, the 2025 7th International Conference on Economic Management and Cultural Industry (ICEMCI 2025) was held from August 29 to 31, 2025, in Suzhou, China. The conference focused on the integration of economic management theories and cultural practices, exploring the role of cultural elements in economic decision-making, corporate strategies, and social development, thereby promoting both theoretical innovation and practical implementation.

Building on the legacy of its predecessors, ICEMCI 2025 maintained its international and interdisciplinary character, with a strong practice-oriented focus. The conference encompassed a wide range of cutting-edge topics, including cultural economic policy, corporate social responsibility, digital transformation, green innovation, brand management, and consumer behavior, reflecting the growing academic and industrial interest in the cultural-economic ecosystem.

The event attracted positive responses from scholars across various countries and regions. These submitted papers included macro-level analyses of industrial policies and regional economies, as well as micro-level studies on corporate behavior and consumer trends, striking a balance between theoretical and applied research, and integrating both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. For instance, numerous contributions in this proceedings focus on the relationship between ESG performance, innovation initiatives, and risk-bearing capacities of enterprises, embodying the penetration of sustainability principles into corporate management. Other studies address the impacts of digital transformation on enterprise value, innovative efficiency, and brand perception, responding to the demands of enterprise transformation in the digital era. Additionally, several papers examine cultural consumption, rural revitalization, and rural tourism, proposing policy recommendations and development pathways with practical value.

The conference featured keynote speeches by renowned experts, including Prof. Wenke Zang (Shandong Normal University), Prof. Pingping Fu (Suzhou City University), Assoc. Prof. Anas Bilal (Hainan Normal University), Assoc. Prof. Yuanyuan Cai (Shanghai University), and Prof. Ing. Tai Fe (Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts). They shared insights on topics such as SME development strategies, carbon emission reduction mechanisms, medical imaging technology, brand cultural communication, and radar signal processing, further broadening academic horizons and greatly enhancing the depth of interaction.

We are confident that this international conference served as a platform for integrating and fostering academic ideas, bringing new vitality to the fields of economic management and cultural industry. The success of ICEMCI 2025 was made possible by the strong support of the authors, reviewers, and organizing committee members, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude.
