Abstract

Through the research on the performance of the Ni-TiN composite coatings prepared by ultrasound-electrodeposition technology and several experiments exploring the effect of nano TiN particles on the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and components of the composite coating. The result shows: Ni-TiN composite coating containing appropriate amount of nano TiN particles has good hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, greatly reduced wear extent and better performance.
