Abstract

On the field trip of the development of village banks in Heilongjiang province, compared with other rural financial institutions, In order to further understand the development of village banks in Heilongjiang province, the paper used the DEA model to analyze the operation performance of four village banks in Heilongjiang province,and put forward the strength and weakness, proposed support policies. To promote the sustainable development of village banks in Heilongjiang province, for the village banks reference.
