- Abstract
Trade secret has high economic value. If the operator obtains the trade secret of the competitor, he will have a very large competitive advantage in the competition. There are many shortages in the legal protection system of commercial secretin our country, such as ambiguous legal nature, scattered law provisions, low punishment degree and missing specific procedures. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding legal measures to strengthen the protection of commercial secrets and ensure the healthy operation of China's market economy.
