Website: http://icemed.org The 2022 2nd International Conference on Enterprise Management and Economic Development (ICEMED 2022) was successfully held on March 25-27, 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, and with the strict travelling rules in China, it is still difficult to take international travel for our attendees abroad. Therefore, ICEMED 2022 was held both in physical (Dalian, China) and online (Zoom). ICEMED 2022 focused on the related research fields of economic development and enterprise management, aiming to provide a professional academic exchange platform for experts and scholars, technical personnel and development talents in related fields, and jointly explore the new development of economic development and enterprise management. Experts from universities, scientific research institutions, scholars, enterprises and other relevant personnel are warmly welcome to contribute and participate in the conference. Through this meeting, participating scholars can listen to the wonderful reports of well-known experts and share the leading research results and innovative ideas in the industry. During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. There were over 200 experts and scholars in the area of Enterprise Management and Economic Development representing different famous universities and institutes around the globe to attend this hybrid conference. During the conference, we were pleased to invite two distinguished experts to present their insightful speeches. Prof. Dr. Franco Gandolfi, Distinguished Professor, California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM), Adjunct Full Professor, Mc Donough School of Business, Georgetown University, performed a speech: COVID - A pandemic causing unprecedented disruption and the path towards a new normal. And then we had Assoc. Prof.Sikandar Ali Qalati, School of Finance and Economics, Jiangsu University. He shared a speech: Social media usage by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion. Every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The participants of the conference were from most part of the world, with background of either academia or industry, even well-known enterprise. The success and prosperity of the conference is reflected high level of the papers received. The proceedings are a compilation of the accepted papers and represent an interesting outcome of the conference. Topics include but are not limited to the following areas: Enterprise Management, Business Management, Industrial Economy, Industry Development and other related topics. We would like to acknowledge all of those who supported ICEMED 2022. Each individual and institutional help were very important for the success of this conference. Especially we would like to thank the organizing committee for their valuable advices in the organization and helpful peer review of the papers.
