Abstract

The paper, starting from the basis and connotation of environmental legal education in colleges and universities and through statistical analysis method and summarizing method, analyzes the status quo of environmental legal education in colleges and universities including unreasonable setting of courses on environmental legal system, lack of fund and serious loss of talents. Aiming at these current situations, it raises a series of feasible measures including increasing the proportion of environment law in Chinese judicial examination, increasing investment and perfecting course setting.
