- Abstract
Virtual reality (VR) has become a valuable tool for improving practical skills in science and education. It offers immersive, interactive experiences that allow students to explore real-world scenarios, which are hard to replicate in conventional classrooms. This technology helps connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, enhancing students’ comprehension and problem-solving skills. This research is to produce an virtual reality learning media with a the natural environment for early childhood. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that is present to provide users with a real picture of the virtual world, a combination of the real world and the virtual world with objects projected in real-time. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research involved Kndergarten in Batam, Indonesia. with purposive random sampling technique. Data will be analyzed using using descriptive analysis methods. LISREL, and Decision Tree using. Initial studies show that teachers need science learning media that can help children learn about the natural environment that occur around them. Analysis of learning objectives is carried out based on early childhood science learning and VR media theory.
