Abstract

Under the background of complex world economic situation and increasing uncertainty and instability, China’s proposal to build a new development pattern of “large cycle and double cycle” is of great strategic significance. China has a huge consumer market, a mature and perfect digital economy and strong policy support. Therefore, under the increasing downward pressure of export trade, domestic industries should actively promote transformation and upgrading based on the domestic cycle. Although China has a long industrial chain and a wide range of industrial categories, there are still problems of weak innovation ability, insufficient vitality and poor factor allocation, especially in special periods. Therefore, we need to take further measures to create an enterprise innovation culture, make good use of the domestic market, supplement and strengthen the chain, and improve the industrial policy.s
