Abstract

Due to a series of influences brought about by the increase in social pressure, the physical health indicators are decreasing year by year. People need a certain amount of physical activity to maintain a positive mood. This article uses a review and qualitative analysis to analyze the impact of physical activity on positive emotions, which can balance people's emotional problems while maintaining a healthy life.
