Abstract

In the environment of internet ecology and socialist market economic system, the relationship between the society and the party organization has undergone profound changes. The thinking awareness, the behavioral logic and the organizational structure of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organization do not suit the value orientation and behavioral logic in the new field, which brings about dysfunction of grass-roots party organizations in the new field, including the imbalance between organizational coverage and work coverage of the party, the discoordination between external impetus and internal dynamics of the party, and the deviation between the management of Party building work and the implementation mechanism of responsibility work.. The Internet thinking in the era of mobile Internet can not only provide a new dimension at the level of theory and value, but also strengthen the correlation between Chinese society structure differentiation and resource integration capability of grass-roots party organizations.
