Research on the Classified Training Model of Peasants Distance Education

This paper analyzes three learning fea-tures of peasants distance education highly dependent on technology, highly dependent on knowledge and highly de-pendent on interaction. This paper disser-tates learning demands from five different groups of peasant: rural first-line manager, rural technical backbone, management and operation personnel, surplus labor force and labor force. On the basis of this, the anchors conduct research from three aspects on the classified training model of peasants distance education: technical support, learning resource and learning administration, and carry out analysis on selected sample for training improvement.
