Abstract

This paper is aimed to put forward concrete recommandations for the design and developement of Shanghai shipping fund. On the comparision of three major international shipping funds – KG funds, Singapore Maritime Trust Fund and Islamic Shipping Funds – and Chinese highway industry funds, it can be concluded that Shanghai shipping funds can draw on KG funds and improve the exit mechanism.
