Website: https://www.adaniuni.ac.in/icids-2025/ The 3rd International Conference on Infrastructure Development & Sustainability (ICIDS 2025) was organized by the Faculty of Management Sciences, Adani University on December 18-19, 2025, on the theme “Rethinking Infrastructure: Innovation, Sustainability, and the Future of Global Skill Development. The conference brought together industry leaders, policymakers, academicians, doctoral scholars, and management students to discuss emerging trends and challenges on innovations in infrastructure, sustainability, and global skill development. The conference fostered a multidisciplinary dialogue amongst participants to explore how innovations in the infrastructure industry shaped their current and future possibilities. The conference received scholarly contributions from various national and international participants under five themes viz., Sustainable Urbanization and Climate Resilience, Low-Carban and Autonomous Transportation, Energy Solutions for Net-Zero Future, Deep Tech in Infrastructure, and Diverse and Equitable Global Workforce in Infrastructure. Under these themes, ICIDS 2025 received 95 extended abstracts, out of which 54 papers were presented at the conference. Each submission underwent a double-blinded peer review process. Based on reviewers’ recommendations, 33 full-length papers were accepted and selected for publication in this conference proceedings. Apart from the scholarly contributions, ICIDS 2025 also features distinguished luminaries from industry and academia as keynote speakers, plenary speakers, and panel speakers providing relevant and valuable insights and discussed emerging research directions. We believe that the research papers included in this volume will significantly contribute towards advancing research in the infrastructure development domain and will inspire future collaborations among industry and academia.
