Abstract

Posyandu is one of health efforts sourced from community who is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community. In South Bengkulu visit of toodler lowest in Puskesmas Sulau. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that related te performance of Cadre in the implementation of Posyandu Toodler in Puskesmas Sulau of South Bengkulu Regency. This research use analytic design with cross sectional. Sample of this research are total sampling that all Cadre Posyandu of toddlers which amounts sixty five person Cadre. Independent variables is age, education, working period, attitude and motivation while dependent variables is performance of Cadre. The result of this research showed most of Kader aged >35 years (50,8%), level of secondary education (67,7%), working period more than three years (63%), with less attitude (50,8%), good motivation (53%) and also the best performance (55,4%). Test correlation got results the relationship between age with performance (p=0,004), the relationship between education with performance (p=0,011), the relationship between working period with performance (p=0,000), there are relationship between attitude and performance (p=0,000) and also the relationship between motivation and performance (p=0,000). Logistic regression test result variable the most influence is motivation with value p=0,045 and (OR) is 4,563. There are relationship between years of service, attitude and motivation with performance Cadre in implementation Posyandu toddler. The influence factor is motivation.
