Abstract

The poor people who are dealing with the law are guaranteed by the constitution to get free legal assistance. This followed up through several regulations that became the basis for legal aid providers to give legal assistance. However, from the provision of legal aid there is no uniformity in the model that causes legal aid recipients have difficulty, accessing legal assistance. This study discusses the legal aid model that can be accessed by the poor people.The problem of this research is how the pro bono publico prodeo legal aid system model for the poor people? The purpose of this research is to find a model of pro bono publico prodeo legal aid system that is easily accessible to the public.
