- Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has promoted the preservation of traditions and innovation in international communication, initially establishing a multi-subject, three-dimensional grand international communication pattern, and its international discourse power has been significantly enhanced. Driven by digital-intelligent technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, China’s international communication is shifting from “one-way output” to “multi-dimensional interaction” and from “government-led” to “ecological collaboration”. Based on Lasswell’s “5W” communication element framework, China’s international communication in the digital-intelligent era has achieved breakthroughs and innovations at each element level, forming a new paradigm featuring technology empowerment, cultural empathy, and precise reach. This paper analyzes the manifestations of this transformation, reveals the path of reconstructing the interaction logic of elements, and discusses the practical challenges and countermeasures.
