Abstract

At present, there are many problems in the cultivation of China's tourism management talents. Therefore, this article proposes many measures, such as positioning accurately, creating a distinctive brand of tourism management disciplines, designing scientifically syllabus and curriculum, advocating open-door schooling, innovating the school-running mode, introducing through multiple ways and cultivating high-level teacher resources to improve the adaptability of tourism management talents.
