Abstract

In this paper, using the theory and method of functional principal component analysis and the optimization theory and method, we develop a new estimation method for estimating the unknown parameters and function in semi-parametric functional linear model. We use the model and its estimation method to study urban housing data. We establish the quantitative relationship between urban housing prices and its influencing factors. By using the research results, we give the important factors that affect housing prices.
