- Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society, rural women have become the main force of rural construction and development. More than half of the labor force directly engaged in agricultural production population is female, and the trend of woman in agricultural production population is increasingly obvious. Therefore, the quality of rural women directly affects the development of rural economy and society and the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In order to improve the quality of rural women, Tianjin Women's Federation and other departments concerned have carried out a series of plans and projects, obtained some achievements and experience, and at the same time, there are many problems. In order to cooperate with Tianjin Women's Federation to further improve the quality of rural women, Through questionnaires and interviews conducted by relevant administrative departments, training institutions, rural enterprises and rural women in Tianjin, we have learned about the current situation of rural women's education and training in Tianjin, and found out the existing problems. The measures for further training of Tianjin Women's Federation "New Agricultural School" are put forward.
