Abstract

With the gradual improvement of China's market economic system and the rapid development of financial markets, the correct investment decision-making of enterprises has become the key to enterprise development. For SMEs, the investment evaluation method is to use the discounted cash flow method or the accounting profit method, which needs to be carefully analyzed and studied before the enterprise invests.
