Abstract

In order to dynamically obtain the ecological loading status in the valley unit, based on the spatial-temporal database and valley ecological carrying capacity model, the information system for evaluation of valley ecological carrying capacity was developed with GIS, Oracle and C#. The software and hardware, system structure and technical characteristics, evaluation system module and system function have been designed in this paper.
