Abstract
The water polluters of Liao river basin in Jinzhou is elected preliminarily basing on the basin of the key water polluters of Jinzhou city, combining with the principle of polluters screening and the computing method of equal standard pollution load, optimizing and assessing the indexes which involves the discharge of waste water, the discharge destination of waste water,the pollution discharge of COD and the pollution discharge of NH3-N etc. Then the primary results are further elected with the method of hierarchy analysis basing on the standard layer indexes which involves the result of equal standard pollution load , the discharge destination of waste water ,the industry category ,the discharge method of waste water and the level of pollution source management. Finally, the rankings are compared and the final selection list is confirmed.This method provides technical support of the control of both the concentration and total quantity of the water pollution source, and the implementation of monitoring of total pollutant quantity.
