Abstract

Previous studies have shown that: the incidence of a wide range of gastrointestinal motility disorders, high frequency, have seriously affected the recovery of athletes training and after training. This article from a variety of factors that affect gastrointestinal function point of view, its comprehensive study, and with the traditional Chinese medicine theory to combine, understand why sports gastrointestinal dysfunction occurs in many ways, influencing factors and possible mechanisms for the early treatment of exercise-induced gastrointestinal syndrome lay a theoretical basis, to provide a theoretical reference for the normal exercise training.
