Abstract

The Zinc Selenide nanoparticle has been successfully synthesized with oleinic acid as surfactant by hydrothermal methord. Using X-ray diffractometer (XRD)、scanning electron microscope (SEM)、transmission electron microscopy (TEM)、X-ray spectrometer (EDS)、ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and other instruments on the product structure characterization and optical performance test. The results show that the prepared products were cubic blende ZnSe nanospheres, the average diameter of 20nm, good dispersion. And systematically discusses the surface active agent, reaction temperature, reaction time, PH and other process factors on the preparation of the morphology of ZnSe nano materials and the influence of grain size, etc.
