Website: http://www.icmsem.com The 2023 4th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM 2023) took place in Nanchang, China from June 2nd to 4th 2023 (hybrid form). The conferences in this series started in 2020 as an academic conference and gradually expanded to include wider-related topic fields as well. Now the International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management has been developed into an annual international conference based in China with topics encompassing the whole area of management science and engineering management. The aim of the Conference is to bring different scientific communities together, facilitate the contacts between science, technology and industry and provide a platform for the exploration of both fundamental topics and new applications of related areas. Everyone interested in these fields were welcomed to join the conference and to give comments and raise questions to the speeches and presentations. About 200 attendees from eight countries attended the Conference, which included four keynote speeches, as well as plenty of oral and poster contributions. In the keynote speech part, Assoc. Prof. Yongquan Yan from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, China delivered a keynote speech on Software Ageing Prediction Using Neural Network with Ridge. With software systems becoming more complex than before, software ageing problems have had a big impact on the performance of running software systems. To find software ageing in advance, some prediction methods were used to forecast those parameters which can indicate software ageing occurrences. Since the unsuitable parameters can reduce the prediction ability of an algorithm, multilayer perceptron (MLP) with ridge was proposed to improve the prediction accuracy of MLP and apply in software ageing problems in his study. It is really a great opportunity to promote academic communication and collaboration worldwide. This volume gathers papers from regular contributions of ICMSEM 2023; each contribution submitted for publication has been peer reviewed and the Editors are very grateful to the referees for their careful support in improving the original manuscripts. The manuscripts accepted for publication cover different topics of management science and engineering management: Management System, Information Economy and Business Management, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, etc. It is a great honour to present this volume of Atlantis Press and we deeply thank the authors for their enthusiastic and high-grade contribution.
