Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate restructuring of the parent of the Mining Industry Holding towards the solvability and profitability of PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero). The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, which aims to explain the results of the calculation of financial ratios consisting of profitability ratios and solvency ratios that occurred in companies between 2013 and 2017.
