This conference was held on October 31, 2022, in the Ibis Style Hotel in Malioboro, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A consortium from the management study program at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa is organizing ICoMB 2022. There are 20 papers submitted, whose authors are from Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia, and from that number, the committee has selected 22 papers for publication. The main editor, through peer-review, conducted the review process. Two reviewers review each paper. The committee also applied plagiarism screening by using Turnitin software. The level of interest in the conference subject matter is maintained by organizing the conference in 1 parallel session, each on a specific theme, to provide each paper with sufficient presentation time and accommodate all of them within the allocated time. Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to our fellow members of the local committee from each member of the consortium for their work in securing a substantial input of papers and encouraging participation from their areas. We are also indebted to those who served as chairmen; as with their contribution, it is possible to conduct the conference. We also acknowledge all participants for their contributions to the conference program as well as their contributions to these proceedings. Their efforts are marvelous.
